As someone who is classed as overweight and trying to lose weight, I actually really appreciated the “guilt free” title. Anyone on a journey to lose weight has succumbed to their old habits and cravings and afterwards you do feel guilty.. especially when you have done so well all week and then you slip up, so knowing I can enjoy these snacks and not feel guilty afterwards is great!
